If you’re like most Americans, you spend more waking hours with your coworkers than you do with your own family. We hope you like them!!
Taking the time to relax and socialize with coworkers boosts company morale. And it’s just plain fun if you throw the right kind of event.
With the holidays coming up we’re going to look at some fun ideas for your holiday office party. And these aren’t regular ideas. They might be kind of crazy, but we know that everyone will have fun.
Idea #1. Casino Night

An official casino night comes complete with all the fancy bells and whistles of an actual casino. People are encouraged to dress up in their best and servers pass out complementary cocktails.
Part of the holiday gift for employees could be some house money to play with and the jackpots can be fun prizes like a weekend at the spa or a few extra days off in the coming year.
A blackjack dealer would be an awesome addition to your party- you’ll see which of your coworkers are extra competitive!
The entire party can be themed for the holidays complete with decorations, holiday-themed drinks and more!
Idea #2. The Walking Dead
What’s better than dressing up like a zombie on Halloween? Getting to do it again around the holidays!
Need some creepy inspiration? Hire some zombies to jump out and scare your coworkers throughout the evening! Bob in accounting might just scream like a girl.
A slightly lower key (but we think less fun!) version of this is just having zombie waiters serving appetizers.
Idea #3. Favorite Era
Even with a wide range of employees of all different ages, an era party can be fun for everybody. Check out the era when most of your employees were in high school or in their twenties and flashback to that time for the holiday party.
It could be the ’70s or ’80s. Have bell bottoms and disco complete with the disco ball and plenty of The BeeGees. Go with an ’80s theme where a Michael Jackson impersonator shows up and have classic arcade games for employees to play.
If you have a younger generation you could do the ’90s or go way back to the ’50s with poodle skirts and classic hot rods.
